Description
1. Fiber laser marking machine
Using fiber laser (1064nm wavelength), it is suitable for metals (stainless steel, aluminum, etc.) and some plastics. It has fast speed and long life, and is often used for industrial parts and tool marking. (Optical fiber is selected for metal and ordinary stone engraving)
2. Carbon dioxide marking machine
CO₂ laser (10.6μm wavelength) is good at non-metallic materials (wood, glass, ceramics, acrylic, etc.), suitable for large-area engraving, but has high energy consumption and complex maintenance. (Wood, acrylic, etc., non-metallic CO₂)
3. UV marking machine
Ultraviolet laser (355nm short wavelength), cold processing technology, minimal heat impact, can finely mark sensitive materials (plastics, silicon wafers, electronic components, thin films), high precision but high cost, mostly used in high-end electronics and medical industries. (Ultraviolet is selected for general materials, covering fiber and carbon dioxide functions)
4. Crystal internal engraving machine
Taking into account all functions of fiber marking machine, carbon dioxide marking machine, and ultraviolet marking machine, and supporting crystal internal engraving
5. Power selection
Fiber is usually only used for surface engraving, or deep engraving within 1mm, you can choose 20 watts and 30 watts. If you want to make 3D stone engraving and metal deep engraving, it is recommended to start with 50 watts. The higher the power, the faster the engraving speed and the deeper the depth. The conventional 30 watts and 70 watts are hot-selling models (5 watts of ultraviolet equipment is equivalent to 30 watts of fiber, and 10 watts is equivalent to 50 watts of fiber). If jade products are engraved on the surface, choose 5 watts of ultraviolet, and if it is deep 3D engraving, it is recommended to 10 watts
